When I go back into other books in my library, the nook properly goes to my furthest read point. This is the first ebook service to support this capability and at this time it is unique. The LendMe service is currently in beta testing and is working quite well. Feb 13, AM. Feb 14, AM. At first I didn't like that, but then I thought- I only lend a book out one time anyway. As soon as I read a book, I am done with it. I never want a book back unless I havent read it yet. Also, with the kindle you can't lend it even once- so I still feel it was worth it.

Feb 23, PM. I removed the books from the book shelf. If I purchase a book either copy or ebook I should be able to lend to whomever and whenever I want. Could someone please shed some light on this rule for me Feb 24, AM.
You are able to lend it out 1 time for 14 days. During that time you will not be able to read the book. My understanding is when the 14 days expiration period happens, the book becomes unreadable to the person you lent it to and you are able to read it again on your unit or desktop ereader app.
Could someone please shed some light on I'm also hoping that the prices will all fall to 9. I think as this technology becomes more the standard, these things may happen.

It is being resolved, publishers have a problem with lending the book more than once because it can be seen as a form of piracy. As of now you can lend a book more than once. After the 14 days are up you can lend to someone else, as long as it goes to a different email address.
